工作職責 Job Duties and Responsibilities

Located in southern part of Hong Kong Island, The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Jockey Club Media 21 (M21) is a unique experiential learning base for media production lovers and potential digital creators. We are looking for a high driven Project Manager who can manage complex projects, drive teams toward ambitious goals, and work independently in a fast-paced environment, preferably with solid knowledge and hands-on experience in the digital media industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across digital media initiatives.
• Manage and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
• Analyse project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and evaluations.
• Optimise processes and propose strategic improvements.

入職要求 Entry Requirements

主修科目 Study Fields：

- Degree holder in Creative Media, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- Relevant experience with good business acumen & numerical sense is preferred.

知識及技能 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities：

- Solid knowledge of the digital media industry.
- Proven experience in leading teams to meet ambitious targets.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in project management methodologies is an advantage.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and presentation skills across all three languages.

其他要求 Additional Requirements：

- May be required to work on weekends and public holidays, with compensation leave provided as appropriate.

• Candidates may be required to undergo Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) if job duties involve frequent contact with children.
