工作職責 Job Duties and Responsibilities

This is a high-impact, all-in-one role responsible for driving the public profile of our dynamic cultural programmes, with a focus on maximizing audience reach and engagement.

At this position, you get to tell the world of one of the largest a cappela festival around Asia, International music events, wellness-oriented art programme, down to small but life-changing enlightening programmes for students and youth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creative Campaign Execution: Conceptualise, design, and execute compelling marketing and publicity campaigns for diverse cultural events, ensuring strong alignment with overall programme goals.
  • Digital Content Ownership: Manage all social media platforms, creating engaging, high-quality bilingual content (text, graphics, photos, video) to build community and drive traffic.
  • Audience Development: Plan and execute promotional activities specifically targeting youth, arts enthusiasts, and the general public.
  • Media & Communications: Handle external publicity, including writing effective press releases, invitations and advertorials.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure the unit’s brand identity is well-established consistently and creatively across all promotional channels and materials.
  • Partnership Support: Assist with coordination and outreach for potential event sponsorships and community partnerships.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key marketing engagement metrics (e.g., reach, shares, clicks) and provide concise feedback reports for rapid tactical adjustments.
  • Event Support: Provide essential administrative, operational and hands-on support for joint programmes.

入職要求 Entry Requirements

主修科目 Study Fields:

- Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or related field.

知識及技能 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management.
- Exceptional bilingual writing skills (Chinese & English) for creative and promotional use.
- Competency with design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and basic video editing.
- Practical understanding of audience engagement and community building strategies.
- A strong background or demonstrated interest in street / urban dance is a significant advantage.
