工作職責 Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Summer Management Trainee Programme 2025 is a dynamic opportunity tailored for recent graduates, offering a pathway to employment within the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG) - one of the largest youth organisations in Hong Kong. This programme aims to immerse trainees in the HKFYG's mission, services, and culture through a structured series of on-the-job training experiences.

Opportunities for Growth:

Trainees who exhibit exceptional performance and successfully pass our comprehensive evaluation process will be considered for a contract renewal upon completion of the programme. Continued employment could lead to a role as a Youth Worker (YW) and in the future a higher position for those performing extraordinarily.

Training Components:

- Orientation: An introduction to the HKFYG, providing insights into its status as a premier youth organisation in Hong Kong; visits to Core Services will be arranged to learn about HKFYG's latest and crucial development. 
- Capacity Building: A functional training programme designed to enhance skills in Youth Services, equipping trainees with the knowledge to make an impact.
- Practical Exposure: Trainees will experience placements across different units within the HKFYG, gaining a holistic view of the organisation's Core Services and operations.

入職要求 Entry Requirements

主修科目 Study Fields：

- Recent graduates with Bachelor’s Degree or above.
- Candidate with no more than 3 years of work experience.

知識及技能 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities：

- Experience in planning and implementing youth programmes.
- Proficient IT knowledge and skills; experience applying Artificial Intelligence in work or academic settings.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in both Chinese and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms is advantageous.

備註 Remarks

-  Candidates may be required to undergo Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) if job duties involve frequent contact with children.
