工作職責 Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of Special Education Needed (SEN) sports projects for schools and the public, ensuring they are delivered to a high standard and within budget
  • Work closely with the Youth Worker officer, Sports Manager and team members to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as schools, parents, caregivers and coaches
  • Provide support and assistance to SEN students during sports activities, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Develop and implement customized sports programs for special education students, taking care their individual needs and abilities
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sports programs for SEN students, using data and feedback to continuously improve performance

入職要求 Entry Requirements

主修科目 Study Fields:

- Diploma holder in SEN Education, Sports and Recreational Management, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of work experience is preferable

知識及技能 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Welcome candidates who have experience working with ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD) students or in a related field to apply for this position
