工作職責 Job Duties and Responsibilities

a. To assist in the planning and execution of the ESG workshops, themes include Sustainability, ESG Structure, Greater Bay Area, etc.;

b. To provide support in marketing and publicity matters, including designing of promotional materials, social media promotions etc.;

c. To act as liaison on behalf of the HKFYG Leadership Institute, e.g. cold call, partners/ trainers liaison, outreach to university departments etc.;

d. To provide support to data management, e.g. applicants, parents, teachers and trainers data updates, etc.;

e. To handle routine administrative works of the programme and other duties as requested by the supervisor.

f. To research and prepare evaluation reports

入職要求 Entry Requirements

主修科目 Study Fields：

a. Tertiary education or above;

b. Chinese Languages, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, Education or any environmental-related disciplines;

知識及技能 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities：

a. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, especially written Chinese;
b. Experience in design, marketing or digital marketing is a plus;

個人特質 Personal Attributes：

- Detailed-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Innovative and eager-to-try mindset is essential
- With entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to youth

其他要求 Additional Requirements：

- The staff of the Institute has to comply with the government's anti-epidemic requirements accordingly, a minimum of three doses of the vaccination must be completed unless with medical proof
- Ideally, the successful candidate will be able to commit at least 2-3 working days a week.

備註 Remarks

• Candidates may be required to undergo Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) if job duties involve frequent contact with children.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be notified to attend a written test.
